DM Property Group To Deliver Mixed-Use Project To Geelong

The DM Property Group, a recently formed property development company, has announced a new project in the heart of Geelong’s central business district. The York St Geelong Project is set to transform a prime location into a vibrant and modern mixed-use development, with the potential to become a new landmark in the area.

The development will occupy the site of the former St John of God Hospital, which has been vacant for several years. The site covers an area of approximately 3,453 square meters and is situated between Ryrie St and Bellerine St, near the Geelong Railway Station and the city’s waterfront.

The York St Geelong Project will consist of over 100-residences and will be designed by the prolific Rothelowman Group. The apartments will range from one to three bedrooms and will feature high-quality finishes and modern amenities, such as spacious balconies, air conditioning, and secure parking.

The mixed-use development will also include a ground-level retail precinct, with approximately 2,000 square meters of space for shops, cafes, and restaurants. This will provide a much-needed boost to Geelong’s local economy, creating new job opportunities and contributing to the city’s thriving hospitality and retail sectors.

One of the key features of the York St Geelong Project is its emphasis on sustainability and green living. The development will be designed to achieve a minimum 5-star energy rating, with features such as solar panels, rainwater harvesting, and energy-efficient lighting. The apartments will also be equipped with smart home technology, allowing residents to monitor and control their energy usage from their smartphones.

The York St Geelong Project is set to become a new benchmark for quality and innovation in Geelong’s property development sector. With its prime location, modern design, and commitment to sustainability, the development is sure to attract strong interest from investors and buyers alike.
